Women comes from the word - masters, means the authorized owner of everything, including gender relations. Authority in gender relations will bring women on any map that get right to exist in all things, so that he will never be left behind. However, what then prevailing? Grief stories seemed endless stories of women, even as time continues to rotate bringing over a decade past the history of the turn of the millennium. Map of women's lives very wide, as wide as the number of land that was submerged in the sea level. However, the progress of the land which was running parallel to the mainland others. Family as the smallest unit of social life is the most competent in breaking the chain, so that gender equality can be achieved by applying the load and the responsibility of fair and wise to the boys and girls . If the girls had mengerjalan all household affairs , the boys had to do the same , without exception . Similarly in the case of education , a process which should ditempuah and costs to dibarkan between child - men and women alike . People often difficult to accept change , because it is bound by tradition and deeply rooted social views . However, a change in whatever form when positive effect will gradually be accepted with pleasure .BKKBN ( coordination of the national family planning office -- never had a permanent program , is maturing age of marriage , a double strategy in building a family life and gender equality . HIV / AIDS : A CONSEQUENCE OF CONDUCT

H IV / AIDS as an accumulation of highly complex life issues are the worst consequences, especially from unhealthy sexual behaviour, ie with multiple partners. The use of non-sterile drug needles, from mother to the baby as well as other unforeseen consequences, such as accidents. Efforts have been made treatment for patients with more than three decades, but only ARVs could prevent HIV so as not to deteriorate into AIDS. Death was due to continued most worrying, given how precious life actually. There are too many things to do human in the work, for yourself, others, and the Creator. The adage says ' elephant ivory dead leaves, dead man leave his name '. What name can be left out and be remembered, of a person who passed away, due to AIDS? During the life of people with HIV / AIDS are not even able to help themselves. Papua as the provinces with the case of HIV / AIDS when compared with the total population is a serious problem that can not be ignored. Survival becomes the priority of the entire program to be implemented because life is the most basic human issues for each individual. However, there are categories of society who do not know or do not want to know the dangers of HIV, then intentionally or unintentionally transmit to the closest. Mothers as a passive group that can be infected with HIV / AIDS is the first party that can be a victim, because of unhealthy sexual behaviour with multiple partners of the husband.
