Merauke is a long road paved with various motorized sliding on it, bicycles, motorcycles, and cars. Houses and buildings also looks so great. While the population is settled in Merauke consists of an assortment of tribes, one thing can not happen in his birthplace. Wiro must adapt to the environment where he lived, so he can be accepted in it.

Wiro long hours awake in anxiety, he could not stem the tears. Months duration Wiro tormented in this state until he met with Pastor Theo Yasan. Wiro deliver all anxiety heart, related to the death of the mother. They talked for about three hours with the advice of Pastor Theo, "Change your love to everyone you meet, actually mama always be there". The advice it becomes an encouragement for Wiro to regain the power of the heart, so that eventually he can control his emotions and be able to re-composed.

Wiro returned to the course at the college, he was not too dominant in pursuit of the value of the 14 subjects were taken, 12 of which must be repeated with her. Thus Wiro without engineering capabilities. 1971 Wiro alongside classmates moved to  Sentani. He was determined to finish college with the best.
